Brian and Lexi are the campus directors for The Navigators ministry at IU. Brian and Lexi initially met through The Navigators in college, reconnected 5 years later, and were married. They have a son named Caden and a daughter named Zoe.

Brian graduated from IU in 2003 with a degree in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business and a minor in Spanish. It was at IU through the Nav ministry that Brian really began to grow spiritually. His life was transformed by God in college. His passion is to help students encounter Jesus, experience the life He wants to give them, and pass on a heart and the skills to walk with God for a lifetime.

Lexi graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Social Work. She was also involved in a Navigator ministry in college which is where she really began to grow in her relationship with Jesus. Her heartbeat is to invest in the lives of women in college, helping them to know Jesus, grow in knowing who God has made them to be, and to faithfully follow Jesus.

Josh and Rachel met The Navigators while they were students at The University of Illinois.  Graduating with degrees in nursing (Rachel) and English education (Josh), they worked for two years in their respective fields before joining staff.

Josh, Rachel, and their two beautiful girls – Audrey and Hannah. As they enter their fifth year of staff, they desire to help students grow in their knowledge of Christ and the good news of His Kingdom. If you can’t find them at the IMU, try looking for them in the nearest coffee shop or undergraduate dorm.

Working for The Navigators is a dream come true for Beth. It is combining her two loves… love for God, and love for others. She was in Navs at IU as a student, and there met her husband, Eric. They have 4 children, ranging in ages from 16-24. But now, she is excited to head back to IU in a new role of guiding students into a fruitful relationship with Christ. Beth understands that these years in college are pivotal for one to question life and faith, come to faith in Jesus, and grow deep roots of faith that will carry them throughout life. Her desire is to come alongside others in this process, challenging them to faith and growth. In addition to ministry, Beth loves hunting and gathering in vintage shops, being creative, and inspiring others to be creative too.
